Ordering from the online store

You can order from the online store by browsing the products, move the products to be ordered to the shopping cart, choose the delivery method and pay for the order. The prices of all products include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the order at the shopping cart stage.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation. Check the details of your order and save the message for possible future need.

Only persons over the age of 18 can make purchases from the online store.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery time is about 5-7 business days in Finland and 10-15 days outside of Finland.
Please note that delivery time for pre-orders will be determined separately!

When ordering, a phone number is asked for carrier service notifications.

Customs And Taxes

When you place an order for  delivery outside the EU, VAT will not be added to the order. Please find additional information from the customs office or tax authorities in your country.

Confido Trading Oy does not take responsibility for any customs duties or VAT after the product has been shipped.

Returning the product

The products you ordered have a 14-day full right of return (right of cancellation as defined by the Consumer Protection Act). The returned product must be unused.

The return is free of charge for you. If you have chosen home delivery, the return is free only from the post office, not from home.

Ask the delivery service provider for a receipt for the return and keep it for at least 3 months. The receipt is proof that the shipment has been transferred to transport.

If you want to exchange the product, return the product according to the return instructions and order a new product from the online store. If it is a defective or wrong product, Confido Trading Oy pays the shipping costs of the new product.

Paytrail will return your payment within 14 days after we have received your return or you have proven that you have sent the products back. The return is made with the payment method you used when placing the order. Payment card debits are returned to the same card.

If you return the entire order, we will also return the delivery fee for the order. However, when returning only part of the products in the order, you must pay the shipping costs.

Disagreement situations

We are responsible for possible errors in the products in accordance with Finnish law. In cases of disagreement, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Obstacle force majeure

Confido Trading Oy is not responsible for delays and damages resulting from an obstacle that could not reasonably have been foreseen or whose consequences cannot be avoided. Among other things, industrial action measures, staff falling ill, import and export bans and disruptions in transportation are considered overwhelming obstacles. If the force majeure continues for more than a month, both Confido Trading Oy and the customer have the right to cancel the orders without damages or delay penalties.

Confido Trading Oy sends both marketing messages and customer service messages to its customers of the fanikengat.fi / fan-shoes.com online store by e-mail and mobile phone.

After you have registered in the online store, you can allow the sending of marketing messages on the My information page.

Customer service messages are related to the customer's order and delivery from the online store. By accepting the order and delivery terms of the online store, you agree to send customer service messages. Customer data is stored in the customer data of the online store.
